For hotel reservations contact the Omni Charlottesville Hotel at 434-971-5500. Mention VAZO to receive the guaranteed room rate of $159/night plus tax. This rate is available until Friday, August 30, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. or until sold out.

7/24/24 It has come to my attention that the VAZO Room block is sold out. While there may be cancellations, I cannot guarantee that. I recommend finding alternative lodging. There are many hotels in the vicinity of the Omni that offer rates that are close to the government per diem for Charlottesville ($133/night).

The Virginia Association of Zoning Officials will be having our annual conference September 25-27, 2024 at the Omni Charlottesville Hotel in Charlottesville, Virginia.  The conference will include a Historic Monticello Tour, Legislative Updates, DMV Dealer Board Talk, Solar Presentation, speakers from the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority, Agritourism walking tours, Awards Ceremony, and back by popular demand a Mock BZA hearing!
